We are a diverse, multi-faceted company with specialist and experienced individuals within our organisation.
Included within an impressive list of skilled individuals, we also employ professionally qualified engineers, a Health & Safety expert, estimators with a wealth of construction knowledge, and a former Loss Adjuster with a history of tackling complex and High Net Worth losses.
This mix conceivably makes us the most experienced and appropriate individuals to undertake insurance reinstatement work; it is no surprise therefore that we are perhaps the largest in our sector, with a wealth of knowledge, expertise, streamlined systems and an excellent reputation.
Our employees have, in the main, been with us for around 10 or more years. We are pleased to have achieved Investors In People accreditation, and strive to be ‘The best place to work’. In addition to being possibly the largest insurance reinstatement contractor of our type in Scotland, we also undertake many specialist repairs, including structural and subsidence projects, Thermal Image Trace & Access Mitigation (TITAM©), drainage investigations, CCTV surveys, roof inspections and High Net Worth reinstatement.
It is within the High Net Worth market that our focus on quality application and delivery separates us from others. We regularly receive projects to complete which have been attempted by others. The nature of the work and the skills required to undertake these projects means that not all contractors will have the knowledge and capability to perform to an acceptable standard.
The management team have around 100 years combined relevant experience within the reinstatement market. We can arrange estimates relative to your schedule of rates or to a tender document.
Scheduled works are organised such that regular feedback, including digital photographs and specific updates, can be sent as regularly as you require.
