We have considerable experience of dealing with commercial property claims or all types.
Commercial losses are distinctively different from domestic losses, in that the premises needs to be either partially or fully operational in the fastest possible timescale.
We have negotiated to operate 7 days per week, overnight and at different times and days to reinstate properties affected by fire and water. In so doing, the extent of the financial loss to the business and/or the Insurer is reduced.
We can provide a specific program of works to suit the specific needs of any commercial reinstatement project, including overnight working.
We operate 7 days per week we have a system in place to reinstate quickly, thereby allowing earlier entry to vacant premises. This reduces the Business Interruption and Increased Cost of Working aspects for an Insurer.
We have provided photographs of a few commercial fires we have been fortunate enough to have been considered for, and many which we have reinstated.
Amongst the many projects recently received, there have been church fires valued at £1m, blocks of flats valued at £200,000.00, a large private residence at £100,000.00 and numerous fire losses valued between £30,000 - £80,000.00.
A key factor in our success is the ability to provide accurate timescales for reinstatement, and to reject tenders where the size or volume of the work impacts with current projects; greed and complacency are not welcome in our organisation.
