We operate a genuine 24/7 boarding, glazing and locksmith system for the whole of Scotland, predominantly using our own operatives but occasionally carefully vetted specialists will be used for remote areas or when we are operating at capacity.
Our Operations Manager, Julie Wilson, is available 24/7 via an emergency email system directed to a handheld email device. This service is only for the use of Insurers and key clients who have signed up to utilise this service.
Depending on the nature of the emergency and the geographical area, our Operations Manager will attend site also and take photographs, measurements and details of the damage. Our Estimating Division will then be alerted to the loss and specific information relating to the reinstatement schedule will be obtained and sent to you by email.

We are also looking to introduce a genuine plumbing, electrical and roof emergency repair system throughout Scotland, which will coincide with our planned expansion for 2010. More details will be contained on this site when the processes have been tested and found to be 100% reliable.
